No. It is a data-backed marketing estimate built on live sales data, clearly disclaimed as neither a registered valuation nor a licensee appraisal — and deliberately positioned so the in-person appraisal with you is the obvious next step.
Whose branding is on it?
Yours. The funnel, the report, the follow-up emails — all carry your name, photo, agency brand, and contact details.
What do I need to provide?
Your headshot, bio, RateMyAgent profile, and an ad account with budget. We build, connect, and launch the rest — typically live within two weeks.
Do you only cover certain regions?
No. The engine runs on the national property file, so it works in any suburb in New Zealand — city, provincial town, or coastal patch. You name the territory you want and we confirm it is open before onboarding.
Is my area exclusive?
Yes — we grant you an exclusive licence to the IA Tool for your defined territory, and we confirm it is available before onboarding. The exclusivity is our licensing decision as the provider; agents don't carve up areas between themselves, and you always compete freely for listings.
How does the guarantee work?
